Inkjet printing requires a "pretreatment agent" to place the ink on the T-shirt. By applying this pretreatment agent to the fabric, the ink will not soak into the fabric but will sit on top of it. This pretreatment agent can be washed off with water. However, if we wash the T-shirt at the time of delivery, it will lose its shape and give it a used look, so we send it to you without washing it. Please be aware that the pretreatment agent will remain like a stain on the product when it is delivered.
*As this is made to order, orders can only be placed on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month.
Example) If you purchase on the 5th, it will be shipped about 2 weeks after you place the order on the 10th.
